Tamil Nadu Electricity board gives online EB Bill facilities to their customers .Now here I am going to tell you how you can register for online EB Bill facilities.and it is completely free .This service is very useful to Pay EB Bill(Either by ATM cum Debit card or Net banking ),Get Bill Summary ,Check your current EB Bill ,Check your EB registration details etc.. by online.
STEP 1: Go to www.tnebnet.org
STEP2: Go to ONLINE PAYMENT PORTAL
STEP3: Click NEW USER
STEP4: Now select your region.(Note:Do you find any difficulties in selecting region, don't worry.in
your EB service number first two numbers is your region code .for example if EB number is 05-426-011-7** . Here 05 is region code 05-MADURAI)
STEP5: Enter customer number(your EB service number) without region code.for example customer
Number is 4260117**
STEP6: Click CHECK DETAILS then you can get your basic details of your EB service,If you find
Find correct then click CONFIRM
STEP7: You will find a DESCRIPTION tab.Here you should give your basic details like Name ,Address
E-mail id etc and finally click SUBMIT.A verification link will be sent to your E-Mail,Go to your
E-mail and click that link to activate your account..
STEP8: Now enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD in the opened window
STEP9: Congrats,Your ONLINE EB BILL SERVICE is now successfully done
NOTE: You Can add Multiple EB SERVICE Numbers in your account,Now from today you can get all sorts of details of your EB BILL and you can also pay that bill online by using NET BANKING or ATM cum DEBIT CARD
