Indian Army invites applications from Male and Females for the 40th SSC (Technical) Men and 11th SSC (Technical) Women Short Service Commission Course April 2013 at Officers Training Academy, Chennai. All the interested candidates can register online on the official website of Indian Army at www.joinindianarmy.nic.in from 01 August 2012 to 31 August 2012.Other details like age limit, educational qualification, application fee details, selection process and how to apply are given below

 

Indian Army SSC 40th Technical Recruitment 2012 details :



AGE LIMIT:

(i) For SSC (Non Tech)-40 Men – 20 to 27 years. Born not earlier than 02 Apr 86 and not latter than 01 Apr 93.
(ii) SSC (Tech)-11Women – 20 to 27 years. Born not earlier than 02 Apr 86 and not latter than 01 Apr 93.
(iii) For Widows of Defence Personnel with four years age relaxation.
(a) For SSCW (Non Tech) – 19 to 29 years. Born not earlier than 02 Jan 84 and not latter than 01 Jan 94.
(b) For SSCW (Tech) – 20 to 31 years. Born not earlier than 02 Apr 82 and not latter than 01 Apr 93

Educational Qualification (Eligibility Criteria) :

For Engineers (Men and Women). Candidates studying in the Final Year of Engineering Degree and who are qualified graduates of the Degree Course in Engineering will be eligible to apply. The qualified graduates of the Degree Course must possess Engineering Degree at the time of joining training.
