Age Limit:
Candidates age limit is 20 years to 25 years as on 01-08-2013 i.e., he/she must have been born not earlier than 02-08-1988 and not later than 01-08-1993. Relaxation is applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree of a University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected based on Written Examination, Physical and Medical Standards Tests, Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Interview/ Personality Test.
Application Fee:
Candidates need to pay the fee of Rs.200/- either by depositing the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of the SBI, State Bank of Hyderabad/ State Bank of Mysore/ State Bank of Patiala/ State Bank of Travancore or by using Visa/ Master Credit/ Debit Card. SC/ ST/ Women Candidates are exempted from the fee.

Interested candidates must apply online through the website “www.upsconline.nic.in” on or before 05-08-2013 by 11.59 PM. After submission of application, candidates may take print out of Online Application Form for future reference.

2. Click on the link “UPSC Online Applications” and then “Online Application for Various Examinations of UPSC”.
3. Click on appropriate advertisement link.
4. Fill all the mandatory details and upload scanned copies of photograph and signature.
5. Submit error free application form.
6. Take print out of Online Application Form for future reference.
